“ I have never had a problem with this restaurant. The people have always been courteous. The food has always been hot and plentiful. As I live fairly close, I pick my orders up, most of the time. The few times that I have used their delivery, the service has been quick and the food hot. I would highly recommend this restaurant. After reading some of the other reviews, I've come to the conclusion that some are posting reviews for another restaurant. While almost all that work there are of Asian decent, I wouldn't just make the assumption that they are illegal. Also, some have complained about items that aren't even on the menu. Please make sure that you're reviewing the restaurant that you actually went to. The owner of this restaurant is a hard working family man. They do not need you to hurt their business with bad reviews of food/service that they didn't do. ”
“ I have been ordering from Shun Xin since they first opened and will always recommend them. Over the years (yes years) I’ve had maybe 5 meals that were not quite great but really, every place has a bad day. I want to add that during the pandemic they worked tirelessly to keep the customers happy. The family owned business is also very easy to order with but also if your bill isn’t quite right, they are always willing to figure it out and get everything right. ”
“ Our 1st time trying this place, good food, fast service. The lady said about 40 minutes for delivery, it arrived in 24 minutes. Not greasy like other Chinese take-out/delivery, chicken was moist, and rice was soft, nothing dried out and lots of fresh vegetables giving the food great flavor. Hubby and I had Bourbon chicken, teryaki chicken and teens had chicken lo mein. ”
